Tournament is organized by Latvian Bridge federation and Bridge Support Foundation with support of Riga City council and OlyBet Sport bar.

♥Brief History of the Tournament
The first tournament Riga Invites was held in 2004 in Riga's Bridge Club.
It was just by invitations and was made as a friendship tournament between Riga and other
cities of former USSR, but also with participants from Finland and Sweden.
Since 2007 the tournament is held in Jurmala, it is open for everyone and consists
of three tournaments - Invitation pairs (scoring is on IMPs), Open Teams tournament
with semi finals and finals and Open Pairs tournament (MP scoring).
In 2022 and 2023 the tournament was held in Riga, in the Wellton Riverside SPA hotel.
In 2024 the tournament is held in Riga, in the Radisson Blu Daugava hotel.
